In Texas, as of now: more personal services (list available on website that can’t handle traffic), office buildings up to 25% capacity, and child care programs can open.
May 22nd: Bars, breweries can open to 25%. Bowling alleys, etc to 25%. Restaurants open to 50%.

May 31st: Youth sports camps, including @LittleLeague can open (I personally disagree with this). VBS, 4-H, Scouting, etc.
Also, May 31st: Seemingly all professional sports can reopen.

Summer School allowed to open on June 1st.
In areas that are hit harder right now, sounds like same things apply, but push it back a week.
