Personally, I’m more interested in the McGirt ruling than Vance (Trump). Basically, the eastern half of Oklahoma is still to be considered Native American land.

    tl;dr: Roughly, the eastern half of Oklahoma was set aside for tribes. Per Federal law, “major” crimes that take place by Native Americans on Native American land is exclusive Federal jurisdiction. States can’t prosecute. https://t.co/QtWFwC85Cn

    Okla said those tribal grants, through statehood and whatnot, no longer exist. The Court rules that Congress established them and it takes an Act of Congress to modify them. Which they never did.
