@RealNealVestal @LegalEagleDJ Correct, they can’t call it cheese per ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-i… (it doesn’t fit the definitions).

9 CFR § 319.15 defines a hamburger, but there isn’t a def for a cheeseburger AFAIK. Probably couldn’t label it as a “hamburger with cheese”.
