Our twins. We didn’t give them their middle names in the hospital, so they aren’t on their birth certificates. We didn’t order them originally because we wanted to update their names legally.
We haven’t yet, but needed their birth certificates. So, I ordered some.

They arrived today, so I scanned them to send to whoever and then put them with the other birth certificate. Only to find that I had ordered birth certificates for them. Two years after they were born, but have zero memory of doing so.
