@Favor Q: My in-laws have been stolen from by a Favor runner. Buying extra stuff on their @HEB order, trying to hide the receipt or buying everything, but not delivering it. Same driver over a few months. They’re afraid to report it b/c the person obvs knows where they live.

    When a report against a runner is submitted, what info is shared with the runner? Is there any way to make the report without connecting it to them? The last transaction she bought $35 worth of extra stuff on their tab so the driver is slowly buying more off of them.
