@MattGertz A negative test doesn’t mean you aren’t infected. It just means the test didn’t detect it.

Just like a pregnancy test. It doesn’t mean you’re not pregnant, it just means the test didn’t see what it needed to see. Gotta let enough time go back post-event to let the test work.
