@FrPBehm @jamtodTwit @OneHeilanCoo @FrChenier @JeffTheLess FWIW, I agree with all of this. We didn’t raise any flags to sit through the baptism or 1st communion classes once. It’s the thought that “they expire” and have to repeat it… 3-4 times per sacrament is demeaning and discredits the whole idea of it.

    @FrPBehm @jamtodTwit @OneHeilanCoo @FrChenier @JeffTheLess We would be okay if they asked for something similar. Been through the 30-hr 1st communion parent class already? Cool. Volunteer x times at RCIA. Or attend lectures by the music minister about sacred music. Cool, cool, cool.
