@cjbrown22 @MLB @NLBMuseumKC I didn’t know about Charley Pride.

With Toni Stone, she was, IIRC, the first woman to play in a Negro League, which may mean she’s retroactively the first woman MLB player? I know there were some women that played against Majors back in the barnstorming era.

    @cjbrown22 @MLB @NLBMuseumKC But afaik, they weren’t on a major league team. Just played against them on a barnstorming team or maybe on a minor league team, though not sure if any played on an affiliated minor league team.
