@KatieRobinMann @EamonJavers @ericgarland @tedcruz @HawleyMO I doubt enough GOP Senators will look at this rationally, but the offramp at least lets them adjudicate that separately. Maybe, just maybe, lets them think about Trump’s outcome as possibly different than their own.
