I really appreciate this op-ed from @statesman re Prop B (Camping Ban).

Citations are silly, but letting campsites develop everywhere is also silly. The City should never have lifted the existing ban without having a plan in place.

    I appreciate a lot of moves the city is making—and those of area non-profits—but the city needs to step up to bridge between sleeping on a trail downtown and a CommunityFirst placement.
