    I mention that because it is a complicated situation in many parts of Austin. Is this an example of a rich school self-funding a position? For the 19-20 AY, Blanton PTA 50% funded the Parent Support Specialist (COA provided the rest).

    Her work was more focused on the Spanish-exclusive parents.

    Maybe that’s unfair for Blanton to fund over other schools who need it too, but it’s more nuanced than suggested.
