@polotek I appreciate you asking. I’m a white guy and I don’t know why people would think that if they’re paying attention at all.

There may be very specific situations where, perhaps, a Black student may get picked all other things equal. But, how often are all things equal?

    @polotek Like, to get to where I’m at today, did someone white in my shoes have an easier or harder time to get there compared to someone who was a PoC?

    I’m not saying it was easy for me (or other white people), I think maybe that’s what some white people are hearing.
