My angle of concern is we still have a large amount of the population unvaxxed, both because it isn’t available or because they want more time before deciding it is safe…

@schristakos @MayorAdler @GovAbbott @GregAbbott_TX I assume that we will see significantly higher vaccine rates once kids can get it and after full FDA approval. Will be some hardcore hold outs, but I do hope a lot of the people on the fence will move over.
BUT, until that happens, I think encouraging masking is a good move.
@schristakos @MayorAdler @GovAbbott @GregAbbott_TX And in a school setting, which is already mandatory attendance required, also requiring masks, especially when there is a wave, is not overreach.
