@cathdad4 Most bishops I’ve seen basically say all as normal.

I liked +Konderla in Tulsa’s decree confirmed he verified that the faithful using the EF there fully embrace the Church as it is today. I appreciate that as a practical application.

    @cathdad4 +Konderla also did something notable. He said that while he can not change liturgical law, the practical reality there does not allow him to NOT use a parish church for the EF, therefore the parish churches that had EF Masses can continue to use the parish church.
