@MWZH1 @shiruken My understanding of this data is there is insufficient information to say. Hospitals report their staffed beds, occupied and available number. Whether or not they can increase their staffed beds isn’t reflected AFAIK.

    @MWZH1 @shiruken So maybe before flex capacity for some hospitals, maybe including flex capacity if they’ve already staffed up to make the flex capacity available.
