@pwcc @capitalp_dangit To me, this includes job applicants. I’m fine gently reminding a candidate of the proper spelling but it isn’t going to be an automatic reject or anything.
If it is a pattern afterwards, that’s notable. But so would someone ignoring coding standards after being told of them.
