I’m telling ya, the @Delta approach to charge more for unvaccinated employee’s insurance is the way to thread the needle on this one, @MayorAdler. Tagging him since he wanted it, but was told by the city manager it wasn’t allowed by the previous EO.

And today, sadly, the first @Austin_Police officer died of COVID-19.
They haven’t said if the officer was vaccinated or not, but odds are, the officer wasn’t.
