@Carnage4Life @WolfOfBroad_St Culture has to be right. Similar to remote/distributed work—at the right company, it is an amazing way to work. At the wrong company, it just sucks.

The issue isn’t UPTO, but what is the company’s cultural philosophy around it.

    @Carnage4Life @WolfOfBroad_St We have UPTO and my biggest thing is encouraging my team (and them encouraging me!) to yes, take time off.

    I mentioned to the team that this Friday is my birthday. “You’re taking it off, right?”. “Eh, maybe I’ll leave early”. “No, take the day”. This was after 2w off in Sept.
