Both ways there are way too many factors to draw this conclusion.

I’ve seen colated companies do mentorship really poorly. And I’ve been at a fully distributed company (8+ years now) where I’m closer to my coworkers socially and been mentored along the way.
I’m sure the reverse is true. Colocated doing mentorships really well and distributed doing them badly.
I do think hybrid companies will likely struggle the most with this. Do they optimize toward colocated employees? Then starting there remote is probably crummy.
For me, the key is more ensuring that you’re either at a company with a good mentorship culture (formal and/or informal) or one that supports you seeking your own if that works better for you.
Starting my career in tech at a fully distributed company was a great move for me. The company’s culture is collaborative and focused on always learning.
I could both start a family and a career at once while working with some of the brightest and most caring people around the world very closely daily.
