@leahbannon That’s a good question and I’m curious the actual turbidity detected. Austin is usually around 0.04 (2020 avg) and 95% need to be under 0.3 per EPA, with no sample about 1.0.

They said “preemptive”, so does that mean it broke 1.0 before notice, or just started increasing.
