@KUTnathan Slices and Ices was great. But I wouldn’t try to sign a long-term lease at this site if I was a business owner.

@KUTnathan The San Antonio side is just a parking lot, so all things considered, a potentially really surgical way to reduce traffic need of Guadalupe.
