I don’t know how to figure this out. When did Bartholomew Park in Austin, TX open? I know the surrounding neighborhood started ~1955, but I’m not sure when the park itself opened.

Anyone have ideas? I couldn’t find a clear search term for city council minutes that worked.

    @OptimistOrg Another way of asking—do y’all know when the “Delwood Northeast Optimist Club” in Austin TX was chartered? It is now defunct as an Optimist Club but that charter date might be right for what I’m looking for.
