I’m unsettled by Musk’s . Partly because I’m unsettled by him and partly because I’m unsettled about this “public” space becoming more private. Makes me think of a HOA going private. It already acts like a public space but not, this moves it further.

    I suppose it could become a net win, but that’s where I just feel unsettled by Musk.

    Meant to say a HOA park. We have some in our neighborhood that are, effectively, public. HOA could sell them and the new owner could make them amazing… or destroy it…
