I read Onward by @Starbucks then- and again-CEO Howard Schultz. It left me (by design) with a favorable view of Sbux and I’ve been a consistent customer.

Their anti-@SBWorkersUnited campaign has soured me quite a bit. I’ve been going less. Grabbing coffee other places more.

    I do enjoy the Starbucks experience. It is nice to have a consistent place almost anywhere to get exactly what I’m expecting. Local places are great too, but until I work to figure out how to order what I want, it’s hit and miss.

    But, being this resistant? Come on. Do better.
