@EyeEdinburgh @ladyheatherlee @RehumanizeAimee It’s nuanced. The church holds that the life of the child is not preferred over the life of the mother. A simple example is an ectopic pregnancy. You can’t save both and the only way to save the mother is the secondary result of ending the pregnancy.

    @EyeEdinburgh @ladyheatherlee @RehumanizeAimee That some states are trying to say doctors must “impact the pregnancy back” or whatever the hell Missouri (I think) is doing is absolutely bonkers. I’m against abortion, but the stuff some Republicans are trying to pull is batshit bananas.
