@askwpgirl @ChrisWiegman If you made any payments since the COVID pause began in March 2020, in theory, you can have them refunded (increasing your loan balance) and, if you qualify for forgiveness, the increased balance would be refunded. Payments prior to the pause aren’t in play.

    @askwpgirl @ChrisWiegman I’m not sure how to do it either, though. Everything I’ve seen says “contact your loan servicing company”. I’ve sent a note, but, as expected, no response yet. I’m sure they’re slammed.
