@the_transit_guy A *ton* depends on if the company is truly, culturally built for it. I’d say any that started recently (COVID) aren’t. I’ve been at my company for 9 years. It’s been fully distributed from day one, ~15 years ago.

    @the_transit_guy If your company allows you to work remote, e.g. there is a main office/hub/etc and you’re 100% not there, I’ve not personally seen that work, so I’m with you on that.
