@cjbrown22 @HoustonTX Yeah, it takes forever. They have to fix the problem (sounds like already done), flush out so much, take samples for testing—which takes amazingly long time given how many people are waiting for it—and only after TCEQ approves, lift the notice.

    @cjbrown22 @HoustonTX So, donuts to dollars, the water is probably already fine but they’re super cautious about it.

    Sounds like school already closed tomorrow, but they should be able to figure it out (austinisd.org/announcements/…)

    @cjbrown22 @HoustonTX Starbucks will close—their coffee machines are plumbed directly into the water line so no way to boil water or use alternative water.
