@cjbrown22 @HoustonTX Eh, maybe, maybe not. I don’t trust any of that because last thing I expect anyone to say is “yup, we messed up and sat around for a day trying to figure out how to not tell anyone”.

    @cjbrown22 @HoustonTX I’m sure they called TCEQ bc they had to while praying that TCEQ would say “eh, it’s close enough. Just ignore it” while TCEQ said “the regs said 20 is the limit and y’all hit 19 (or whatever), you gotta follow the rules”
