Last month, the hotel in London I stayed at apparently associated my email address with the account they use internally to bill corporate when someone uses points to pay for a room.
I get a copy of all those folios now. Tried a couple times to reach out to the hotel, but no luck yet. 🤷♂️🤦♂️
