FTR, I’ve never liked the idea of being the “anti” vote. “I’m voting for anyone but X!” The negative doesn’t feel healthy.

    But Trump is the first serious candidate who failed my most basic test: Would I trust they are trying their best and listening to the best?

    My dad was career Air Force, fought in Vietnam. Would I trust Trump’s judgement if he sent my dad into war? No. Full stop.

    Anyone else? I might not like them or their politics, but I can get behind they are trying their best and not being reckless.
