@JamesMartinSJ Being from Austin and following this police chief, I don’t think he would say it differently for someone else. Hate/terrorism is reliant on motive, which isn’t clear yet in context of the bombings.

    @JamesMartinSJ I would consider this terrorism in terms of inciting massive fear into a community via indiscriminate means, but that’s not the technical definition of terrorism.
