I am beyond ready to be back in Austin. I haven’t finished all of my rounds here yet and I am beyond ready.
Wichita Falls will always have a fond place in my memories and perhaps a fond place in my future; however, it is not my present. My life is not here and what little is here, well, doesn’t matter that I am in town.
I have grown much in the past two years. Tuesday marked the two year anniversary of my graduation. Many friendships have dissolved, many friendships have formed and sadly enough, many have formed and dissolved. Everyone I go in this town, I still run into people I know. Some are home from school themselves; some never left. In either case, I left and for now, I can’t wait until I have no reason to return.
