@emilytimes5 @EvilMopacATX That’s different. It’s in the constitution (that the government can’t prohibit free exercise of religion), which was your question.

Between Reynolds and Yoder case law, it’s pretty safe in my mind to say that a court won’t strike down a pandemic order since there is a very compelling government interest, but that’s why you’d take this to court if you disagree.
