@Techbropolis @AKMcGlinchy @KenPaxtonTX The GA’s opinion, in and of itself, does not change anything. It would still need to be adjudicated by a court if cities/counties maintain the existing emergency orders limiting evictions.

@Techbropolis @AKMcGlinchy @KenPaxtonTX This can spur local governments to fall in step before needing to go to court and does preview the State’s position if one of these orders do end up in court.
