Every cleric belongs to some juridic body—a diocese, a religious order, etc—and that should be public and open knowledge.
If that entity tolerates what some would call “bad” behavior, that’s a different issue. But “secret” bishops whom would be “announced later”, come on. twitter.com/jdflynn/status…
