@lauraisensee @travisbubenik @KenPaxtonTX @GregAbbott_TX @CourthouseNews I hadn’t seen Houston/Harris County’s attempt to keep a mask mandate. Round Rock definitely did, but not being sued.

Either way, it is just politics. Going against Austin/Travis County whether or not other places are doing it is standard operating procedure for state officials.
