@JohnnyCJohnnyDu @heyzeus156 @Broward83 @MikeLeslieWFAA I doubt it. To change the PUF funding model, it needs a statewide constitutional vote or at least 2/3rd of both chambers to include additional schools.

A new law saying that the state must approve conference changes? Yeah, I could see that happening.
