@RaiderRed9 @Houston_brian Schools aren’t eligible for both per TX constitution. HEF is State’s method to fill the gap.
I’d also be curious to look at this in terms of enrollment. I haven’t looked, but what’s the census of PUF vs HEF schools. I don’t know.
