@YoshKatz @TexasTribune Regretfully, I haven’t had the time or knew quickly where to look to see the briefs filed. I want to say the EO was structured to be used for political gain with the base, but with the SCOTX being Abbott’s lapdogs, ¯_(ツ)_/¯
