@FrMatthewLC @FrChaseg00dman @BackwardsFeet @rayrduffy One difficulty is this would require some clustering of rural parishes. Thinking of a couple of the Austin downtown parishes have more people than the 10 smallest whole-town parishes (semi-educated guess).
