@danhgilmore @united 1. Don’t oversold. Won’t happen so 2. Figure that out before boarding. 3. xport crew another way or up $ until others volunteer, etc.

@danhgilmore @united It just amazes me that it is as simple as it is. Overbooked, allowed to board, kicked off for an employee by force? So many ways to fix.
