@aldavigdis @Starbucks Yes! That too! Even if they qualified for the benefits, knocking them down to disqualifying number of hours is doubly scary.

What gets me is sure, Starbucks may have better benefits than other retail jobs, but that doesn’t mean things are perfect. Workers don’t organize just to have it better than others but to equalize the power differential. Sometimes that means more benefits sometimes not. twitter.com/LadyGaGarza/st…
