Regarding student debt, I’ve paid off all my loans. I definitely see both sides. Student debt is predatory. But, it’s still an agreed loan. Without entertaining free tuition in this conversation, I’d want to see interest-free student loans.

A 100k property is now appraised at $200k (100%+). Homestead is assessed at $110k for year 1. Even if the value stays at 200, year 2…
