@AardvarkSagus From experience with WP.com, it isn’t that simple. Sure, you can ignore court orders from some jurisdictions. Twitter, at least, has a corporate entity in the EU, so that’s EU and US laws at least.

@carlhancock @ChrisWiegman @_jmichaelward Are the rules set so that pay hours and duty hours have to be the same? Could the duty clock remain the same but pay hours include the time on either end?
