@JJJ But, I appreciate that may be weight others don’t want and I’m not dev’ing things that don’t need wp-admin now.

@JJJ Personally, I’m fine with wp-admin always being there with enough flex to ignore it (.com’s new admin eventually).

@JJJ WP:TNG as Core with REST merged + wp-admin as a default, but optional “superplugin” is interesting.

@henrywright @JJJ backpress.org, basically meant to be an application layer common to WP. GlotPress, old bbPress, etc used it.
