Waiting on a report from maintenance if the tug breaking off “sheer pin” (?) caused damage or not. #NoGoDL5777

@petchmo @ssegraves @ryancduff both main landing gear caught in a “divot”. Couldn’t get it out under own pwr or 3 tugs.
We are out of the divot it seems, but we are “welcome to deplane”. Waiting for “options” from gate agent. #NoGoDL5777
