@mrpritchett Had State Farm forever prior. Totaled one car with them & was easy. USAA seems sluggish in comparison.

On the flip side, @TravisCountyTax office was totally awesome on the phone today.

@mrpritchett This was all word-of-mouth from folks who have had them for decades.

I’ve heard so many good things about USAA insurance, but I’m less than impressed currently.
