Gave @wpengine a head’s up about a client’s heavy-to-them load coming tomorrow. Response: “You’re set. Sit back and take credit for it”.

Granted, I’m reporting possibly a bug in an upstream tool (that’s closed source), so they assume it’s user error.

Frustrating when support folks fail to read the original ticket or the responses before when they “fix” a problem.
