The Austin airport is sharing that in 2026 or 2027, a new lounge will open that is leased by a “financial institution.” Amex? The Chase Sapphire Terrance will be closing in 2025 (it was a pilot program, anyhow).

Heh, deleting 25k+ tweets is apparently suspect to X. My account is “temporarily restricted”. In order to log in, it wants me to verify I’m a human and, then, it errors out after I do that. I suppose thank you, Elon, for helping me ensure I break the habit of checking it.

Notified by the high schooler’s principal that unaffiliated protesters were at school arrival this morning with anti-Jewish and anti-Muslim signs. I’m guessing such groups are feeling pretty energized today. And still should get a life. Protesting at a high school? Stupid.

At least the Austin Community College Board of Trustees Place 7 and Place 9 elections went the way I wanted. American history has shown me one thing: America is a huge hypocrite. As a country, we’ve never been as enlightened as we like to think we’ve been.
